As an event location near the Hamburg Congress and Trade Fair Centre it offers facilities for all kinds and sizes of events in a total area of 4,200 m².

The location – in the middle of town yet surrounded by green
Close to the centre yet overlooking green parkland – only a few hotels can offer this to their guests. The city centre can be reached on foot, with Dammtor station, and its ICE train connections, just a few steps away and with parks and green spaces in the immediate vicinity. Classical recipes from the cucina italiana in the Piazza Romana, light, French country cooking and fruits de mer in the Brasserie Flum as well as a breakfast and brunch buffet in the friendly Le Parc restaurant. The Boulevard Café is legendary with its fine baked goods from the hotel's own patisserie and the Bourbon Street Bar has live music from the afternoon onwards.

The large ballroom
The large ballroom closes a gap in the market in Hamburg. It is a first-class events room for up to 1,200 people. Every kind of use and technical equipment is possible – be it for congresses, conferences, symposia or for festive banquets, convivial tea dances or glamorous balls.
A highly-motivated kitchen team with the most up-to-date kitchen technology makes each event perfect from a culinary aspect – with richly-varied buffets, top-class gala menus or attractive live-cooking features to suit your preferences.

From family celebrations to annual general meetings – the 30 modern events rooms (including the large ballroom) provide the ideal conditions for any type of event. Each room is individually designed and fitted with the most up-to-date technology. Bright, generous rooms with views full of greenery
A room with a view is what every visitor to the Grand Elysée Hamburg has. The full length windows let in plenty of light and air as, in spite of the city location, the climate with the neighbouring parkland is ideal. The décor is generous and friendly – due largely to the light carpets in all the rooms.
All the rooms are equipped with comfortable double beds and really special mattresses. Most of the beds can be arranged to suit your wishes, also as separated single beds. The guests at the Grand Elysée Hamburg also benefit from free high-speed WLAN.

The Block collection
The Block collection of around 1,100 works of art came into being through purchases and close cooperation with creative artists from the region. As it is Mr and Mrs Block's wish to make the paintings and graphics, along with the numerous photographs and sculptures accessible to a wide public, they have now found their permanent location in the restaurants, foyers, conference rooms, corridors, suites and rooms of the hotel.

Regular trainings guarantee observance of the highest standards of service.

The Elysée Kindergarten
On request, the hotel kindergarten is happy to take care of any offspring travelling with the guests. This enables parents to go about their commitments without any worries – or calmly enjoy an evening meal in one of the restaurants. With its well-integrated facilities, the little ones are playfully challenged and lovingly looked after.

An oasis of wellness in the city
A city-centre hotel with protected sun terrace – the dream of stressed-out business travellers becomes reality in the Elyseum Wellness and Spa. As well as fitness and massage rooms and of course the cosmetic treatments available, the variety of sauna facilities and the generous pool (14 x 7 m) in an area of 1,000 m² makes the Elyseum into an oasis of recovery and relaxation.
The use of the pool, sauna and fitness area is free of charge for hotel guests, but day visitors are also most welcome.
