Description
The Maternushaus, opened in 1983, is located in the heart of Cologne. The conference center of the Archdiocese of Cologne impresses with his idiosyncratic architecture and at the same time with a harmonious and functional design.
The concept of the house conveys balance and harmony, which is an ideal prerequisite for holding conferences, congresses and banquets. It was named after St. Maternus, the first historically recorded bishop of Cologne.
Specializing in the organization of conferences and seminars, the Maternushaus has 13 modern conference rooms of various sizes equipped with the latest technology. They are all arranged around angled courtyards with fountains and alternate with light-flooded break zones, so that undisturbed work in daylight is possible.
